MARCH MEETING NOTICE

Make reservations today by mailing the form below. The cost is $15.00 per person prepaid or $20.00 per person if paid at the door. Members without reservations will be accepted as space allows. Please register in advance to insure your place at the meeting. Pre-registered but unpaid luncheons will be billed at $20.00 per person unless canceled 48 hours prior to the meeting. Registration deadline is the Friday before the meeting. The deadline must be met to get the prepaid price. We are required to notify the facility of our final count in advance. For questions concerning lunch reservations please fax or e-mail Jan Getz at 293-3397 Jan.Getz@alcoa.com. Please do not call to make a reservation. If you are a prepaid for the year member please fax or e-mail Jan to confirm that you will or will not be attending. This saves LCISC funds and avoids wasting food.
